When a page discusses a state statute, court system, licensing authority, government process, or public dataset, our preferred source is the agency or legislature responsible for it. Secondary sources may help identify an issue but do not replace the controlling source.
Questions, not legal conclusions
Legal rules depend on facts, dates, parties, exceptions, and later interpretation. We frame state material as questions to verify and link readers to the source text. We do not use a generic chart to calculate a filing deadline or decide fault.
Directory neutrality
