Collect anchor information
Keep exchange and police information, witness contacts, vehicle details, claim numbers, and communications together. Do not edit the only copies of photos or video.
Flag commercial vehicles
A truck or work vehicle can introduce employer, carrier, maintenance, loading, and electronic records. Ask counsel what may require prompt preservation.
Prepare insurance questions
